Important Forms
- Request an Enrollment Verification letter
- To verify enrollment for your work or benefit programs, complete our Enrollment Verification request form.
- Request a Transcript
- A Calbright Certificate of Competency or your industry certification is all you will need to verify your program completion. If you still need a transcript, fill out our online transcript request form and we’ll take care of the rest.
- Access your Certificate of Competency
- Please enter your Student Calbright email address in the link above to receive an email with all of your Certificates of Competency.
- Certificates of Competency are only available to students that have completed their Calbright program
- Withdrawing from Calbright
- If you ever experience barriers causing delays in your coursework, we encourage you to email your Success Counselor at Calbright College. Your Academic Success Counselor can refer you to available services to help you stay on track and make updates to your education plan if you’re experiencing a hardship. If you decide to withdraw, submit the withdrawal form, and we will process it for you.
- You will have until the end of your 4th week from when you enrolled to withdraw without a “W”. Students may also withdraw with a “W” up through the end of your 14th week of enrollment. If you have an extenuating circumstance and it is past your 14th week of enrollment please reach out [email protected] for a possible appeal consideration.
- Please know that you are always welcome back to Calbright at any time, contact our Enrollment Services team at [email protected] when you’re ready to return to process your re-enrollment. We’re rooting for you!
